Welcome to Last Annex. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking our bespoke services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Overview
Last Annex is a creative studio specializing in bespoke sneaker customization, cut-and-sew footwear, and limited edition drops. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Last Annex. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Handcrafted Nature
Every product created by Last Annex is handcrafted. Due to the nature of bespoke customization, sewing, and dyeing processes, slight variations in texture, color, and finish may occur. These are not defects but are characteristics of a 1-of-1 artisanal product.
Design Approval
For custom commissions, we may provide a digital mockup or consultation before production begins. Once a design is approved and production starts, no further changes can be made.
3. Payments and Pricing
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Full payment is required at checkout.
- Custom Commissions: A deposit or full payment may be required upfront before any work begins, depending on the scope of the project.
We accept payments securely via PayPal and Stripe. All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Turnaround Time: As our products are made-to-order or handcrafted, please allow specific lead times (stated on the product page or agreed upon during consultation) before shipping.
International Shipping: We ship globally. However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon delivery. Last Annex is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
Lost Packages: Once a package is handed over to the courier and a tracking number is provided, Last Annex is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our work, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is significantly defective upon arrival.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@lastannex.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Wear and tear resulting from use is not considered a defect.
6. User-Supplied Materials
If a client provides their own base shoes for customization, Last Annex will handle them with the utmost care. However, we are not responsible for the inherent durability or pre-existing condition of the base shoe provided by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Last Annex. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or content without express written permission from us.
