Returns Policy

Custom work All commission and Atelier pairs are built to brief. They cannot be returned for change-of-mind or preference reasons.

Damaged goods If your pair arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed scope, contact studio@lastannex.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it at no cost.

Sizing Size responsibility rests with the buyer. We recommend checking your measurements before confirming a size. If you have questions about sizing for a specific silhouette, message us before your brief is confirmed.

Shop products For non-custom shop products (care kits, gift cards), standard return terms apply: unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days.
