Worldwide delivery Last Annex ships to all countries. Tracked shipping is included with every commission and Atelier pair.

Duties and taxes (DDU) International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. Last Annex cannot predict or be held responsible for these charges.

Packaging Every pair ships in custom Last Annex packaging with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, care guide, and branded dust bag.

Transit insurance All pairs are fully insured during transit. In the event of damage or loss, contact studio@lastannex.com immediately with photos and your order reference.

Estimated delivery times Transit times vary by destination. Typical estimates: - United States: 3–7 business days - Europe: 3–7 business days - Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days - Rest of world: 7–14 business days
