Acceptance By using lastannex.com, you agree to these terms.

Commission terms A submitted brief is a request for quotation, not a confirmed order. No payment is required until Juan Diego confirms the scope and price, and you accept.

Deposit Once a commission is confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your slot and materials sourcing begins. The remaining balance is due before shipment.

Custom work All commissions are one-of-one. Last Annex does not replicate any pair, existing design, or prior commission.

Intellectual property Images of completed commissions may be used by Last Annex for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability Last Annex is not liable for damages beyond the value of the commission.
